I stared at this photo for 20 minutes before posting it. Almost didn't.
Why? Because my overthinker brain was having a field day:

Should you stick to business content?
What if this is weird?

The truth? I've spent SO much time playing it safe. Keeping things "professional." Not rocking the boat.

And you know what playing small got me? Small results and a lot of "what ifs."

But every time I've said "screw it" and stretched - whether that was moving into a bigger space, creating my own products, or posting content that feels vulnerable - things got BETTER.

Not easier (let's be real), but better.

Those gremlins in my head? They think they're protecting me by keeping me safe. But safe = stuck. And I'm over being stuck.
