Tan on the Boulevard combines owner’s Anne and Phil Svalstad’s two biggest loves – helping others to achieve their skin care needs and the beautiful state of California. The salon, which opened it’s first location in March 2003, reflects the boulevard theme of Southern California in both it’s name and décor, and offers clients three levels of UV tanning, plus Custom Airbrush Tanning by California Tan and Norvell. The salon has thrived at its first location in Aurora, inspiring Anne and her husband, Phil, to open additional locations together in Centennial and Parker, Colorado.
