Learning to tell them apart helps you understand yourself more deeply, respond more wisely, and regulate more effectively.
Start by noticing:
Where do I feel this in my body?
What story is my mind telling about it?
That’s the space where awareness — and healing — begin.

In my experience, it’s nearly impossible to create lasting change in your body without changing your mind, and vice versa.
