I get that because I am a stylist too, I am finishing building out a small stylist owned and operated Salon Suite building with 8 suites in Chandler.

Our suites will range from $500-$800 based on size, (utilities included).
3month, 6month, and 12month Lease Options Available
We also have short term renting options (Under 3 month stay) for guests needing to work part time or full time that are in between spaces. (You can not decorate/paint/alter the space as a short term tenant)

With a lease at our salon you receive:

-Your own room ( Decorate, Paint - Make it your own )
-Basic chair, anti-fatigue mat, cabinet/station, and mirror.
-Your name or Salon name will be displayed on the outside windows
-Common break area
-Onsite Laundry
-Reception area will have seating, a directory and coffee for the clients
-24hr access
-Free WiFi
-Pin Pad Locks on suite doors
