Since the initial shut downs of 2020 I’ve had an internal conundrum concerning continuing to be a Personal Trainer or closing that chapter of my life.
I finally decided that season of my life needs to conclude.
I welcome those currently in the fitness industry or contemplating entering the industry to message me if you’re curious as to why I seemingly suddenly decided to dissolve my business.

My FB messenger was hacked last night. I’m still rectifying the issue.
Please at least attempt to be a decent human by exhibiting grace and understanding versus responding with condescending rudeness.
No one wants to be hacked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is one of the many reasons I have avoided social media for years as people can be cruel and lack basic human decency or kindness.

Finally used a hot tub after years of not utilizing one due to my being a huge germaphobe. 😄
Many are unaware that I had an incredibly bad fall in March this year which resulted in quite severe injuries that took a few months to fully recover from.
I'm in the process of returning my physique to where it once was but even more importantly focused on being healthy. ❤
