Hi 👋🏼 for those I haven’t met yet, my name is Kira and I started Shaped 10 years ago. I love this industry ❤️ it has taught me so much about health, wellness, the power of confidence, and what it truly takes to go all in on yourself.
Social media has changed so much since then and I know people like to see faces on here but I’m naturally shy and prefer to be incognito 🙂‍↔️ since we already have such a vast portfolio I’ll be getting on here more, talking, educating, and answering questions about who we are and what we offer.
Way out of my comfort zone so here’s my first attempt at recording myself working on plans for July with my hair stuck in my armpit lol
