Charleston brides ask me this all the time…will my makeup survive the heat and humidity? ☀️💦 • Like many others, my beautiful Bride Stacey tested it in 100° weather during her trial and her makeup looked the same from 1pm to 10pm! This is what she had to say: • “I could probably write a novel about how much I enjoyed working with Ally for my wedding on 10/18. I was a destination bride, traveling to Charleston from NYS. When planning a destination wedding, you’re basically taking a chance on people you have never met nor have personal recommendations from others who have. From her first email response, I immediately sensed a warm and personable vibe. I was able to travel to CHS in June for a bridal trial (something that was important to me and was never pressured by Ally to do so), and I could’ve spent hours with her! I had so much fun at the trial appointment, that it made me feel confident knowing I would be in such good company on my wedding day. Important note here - the day I had my trial it was over 100 degrees with the humidity. My makeup looked no different from when I walked out the door at 1pm, to when I took it off at 10pm, and that’s after walking around in that heat for hours! So I knew my makeup on the big day would hold all day.
