As a Pre-Med student at CofC I noticed a pattern…stress was the issue. Even the insidious kind. There I also realized that our skin is our 1st defense in our immune system. It keeps the bacteria out in the first place…

So with this knowledge an idea took root. Years later, Grow & Glow Co came to life. Here, in my sweet little space you are taken cared of. Here, your worries are listened to & I’ll pray with you. To intercede. To listen to your concerns and to answer your questions.
