I have learned a lot over the past 7+ years of getting cosmetic treatments, and I wanted to share this list so that you can hopefully avoid some of the mistakes I made and find a professional injector who is right for you!
It is crucial to find someone who will be in it with you through the long haul. Cosmetic treatments, as beautiful as they are, can be a rough journey until the desired outcome is achieved. If you are new to the area or looking for a new injector, please feel free to call or DM me! We will schedule a free consultation to address all of your aesthetic concerns!
Thanks for reading and hope to see you soon! 😊

Although general skin tone color may provide a good prediction about the potential for hyperreaction to lasers, we also use a simple, yet effective additional screen in the office: palmar and digital crease pigmentation.
First described by Hector G. Leal-Silva MD of the Institute of Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Monterrey, Mexico, the screen divides patients into four groups, depending on the concentration of pigment present in their palmar creases (Figures 1).
The palmar and digital crease color hue is a way to predict the propensity of various Fitzpatrick phototypes to experience postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.
The scale ranges from 0 to 3, with the highest number indicating a darker skin tissue response despite skin phototype.
In general, a provider must be cognizant of their patients with mixed color tone in order to properly consult and discuss realistic expectations as well of potential risks.

Has this ever been you after getting botox⁉️
“Cat ears” or “ladder lines” are a common unwanted side effect that can happen after getting a neurotoxin treatment in the forehead. The triangular puckering or extra lines seen around the arch of the brow is due to under treatment of the frontalis muscle. If this is you, I have a quick and easy solution. DM me or make an appointment using the link in bio.
And remember always seek a qualified healthcare provider for the best outcome. Eperienced providers are key in achieving natural-looking results from neurotoxin treatments.
