-SERIVCE GUARANTEE
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Envy Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

-REFUNDS
All services are NON- REFUNDABLE but we will be more than happy to schedule a single corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider (not something you might have changed your mind on). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact Envy Salon, or your service provider to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. (unless providers schedule deems this necessary)

It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

Keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

-RIGHT TO REFUSE SERIVCE
Envy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or facility.

-RETURN POLICY
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase and no product use. No cash value is given, however, an in salon credit will be issued.

-CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show / 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up unexpectedly, but please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another client from our waiting list.
If Envy does NOT receive the required cancellation notice (no emails or texting) you will be charged 50% of your service at your next scheduled appointment. If use refuse to meet these requirements, any future appointments will be cancelled.

-We will no longer be accepting any more blowout cards starting January 1 2024
