We are excited to share that we have some classes lined up later this year that will be a game changer for our industry. There is a new lash glue coming on the market that doesn’t contain cyanoacrylates (the common ingredient that clients can be allergic to when it comes to lashes). So if you’ve ever had to give up lashes due to an allergy, this could be for you! Stay tuned!

We are both sad and excited for our lash artist, Hannah as she prepares to move to Orlando and start a new adventure. Hannah’s last day with us will be January 30th. If you are one of Hannah’s clients, please know that she has thoughtfully selected a lash artist with your specific needs in mind. With that said, our schedules will be getting a little busier and we highly recommend prebooking several appointments in advance to ensure your scheduling preferences.

Cancellation Policy Reminders:
Simply Smitten requires 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations/modifications. Any changes after 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the service charge. If you do not call or text to cancel, you will also be charged 100% of the missed scheduled appointment and required to prepay before rebooking.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent out 48 hours in advance via SMS and email to the information given at time of booking. Failure to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client. Kindly click on the confirmation upon receipt to confirm.

To ensure a full experience, please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. For the comfort and courtesy of everyone in the salon, please silence your phone for the duration of your time in the salon.
We also ask that you not take phone calls during your appointment.

Late appointment arrivals impact the completion of service and are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Due to the nature of lash appointments requiring your eyes to remain closed, we ask that you not bring children unless it has been approved with the salon prior to your appointment. Please note that we do not allow food on the couch and all ipads/phones must be on silent or used with headphones.

Starting January 2nd, you may see your lash artist’s pricing increase $5-10. Hannah & Elda have leveled up & their pricing has changed. Michelle & MC have leveled up as well. In addition to their promotions, it is due to rising costs. We provide high quality products to be used on our clients and will not compromise by using cheaper alternatives.
In return, we offer different tiers of lash artist’s levels to fit your beauty budget. Each tiered lash artist is trained in customizable lash sets, using the latest UV technology & our lash salon is the first in Charleston to be certified in ocular hygiene.

I haven't offered readings since the pandemic. I have fought doing them for so long! I have had so many current & old clients reach out wanting me to bring them back as a service, but I didn't want to do it. I didn't have time or space & honestly, they give me the worst anxiety. I never can guarantee what is going to come through during a reading and I had put so much pressure on myself to deliver an amazing reading to each of my clients. Not only that, but I was also afraid of judgement from others about it. It was an internal conflict I have struggled with for years. Being a "psychic" sounds hokey, which is why I never even used the word.

Ok, so what made me decide to bring readings back? First of all, I've restructured them. I cut them down in timing because an hour was incredibly long and draining. I won't be doing them in person anymore because my salon is completely full & I don't have the space.
I've broken it down into 4 different types of readings that you can book & the zoom readings I will be opening dates/times periodically as my own schedule opens up. I often times am lashing 5-6 days a week and on top of that I am currently training 1-2 hrs a day to do a bodybuilding competition, so my days will be limited & those spots will go quickly.

1. Quick audio reading: this is a quick 1-2 question reading I will send to you via audio message on your phone, if you've had a reading with me before, then you know these can be a great little piece of clarity you may need for your day. These will be available Mon-Friday for booking online - please allow me the week of which you booked to get these back to you (for instance, if you book Monday at 10am, I'll get this over to you by end of week, not at the specific time/day). I will only be taking 5 quick readings a day at this time.

2. 30 min audio reading: like above, but much longer. Maybe zoom isn't your thing & you just want your reading sent via audio. hese will be available Mon-Friday for booking online - please allow me the week of which you booked to get these back to you (for instance, if you book Monday at 10am, I'll get this over to you by end of week, not at the specific time/day). I will only be taking 5 quick readings a day at this time.

3. 30 min Video chat reading - you get to see me and I get to see you - for a video reading! Please know, these will be a little longer than 30 min, as it takes me time to get in to your energy & for follow up questions. These are the ones that I'll be opening spots at the begining of each month. Keep checking instagram or my intuitive page for updates on when I open more times.

4. Wine & Spirits parties are available! I can come to you for parties! This will need to be planned in advance and most likely Fridays/Saturdays/ or Sundays. Max 2 hours, and a travel fee will be added to anywhere outside of James Island/West Ashley.

5. coming soon: Iridology! This is a reading of you iris, which through patterns, colors, and other characteristics can hold information about your health.

Once again, thank you to everyone who has supported me since I started out in my little upstairs room at Ida's Salon in 2012! I am still doing lashes as well & our salon will be adding other services soon!
