How it started ➑️ How it's going

Happy 8 year anniversary, Clear Skin Spa πŸ’œ

You guys have truly been through so much with me. You are why I get to keep celebrating what I love, year after year. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey!

Here's to many more years (without the visible signs of aging to prove it)

A long overdue not-related-to-skincare dedication to our Europe adventure πŸ’œβœˆοΈ

Me and my new short hair (thanks to the talented ) are coming at you with a post of random things I've been enjoying lately outside of the social media world.

Your girl is taking a little content break again, so I'll be off insta for a while. Links will still be up in my bio for online product purchasing. Text or email me directly for anything you need!

Things that bring me joy:
β€’Lupin being
February dog of the month
β€’ The shepherds pie at
β€’ The noodle soup at
β€’ Memes that are completely about me
β€’ A fabulous cookbook that has really elevated my lunch breaks
β€’ My home, clean and warm, with the winter sun shining through

Here's the thing. The simple truth. You're not going to get results unless YOU put in the work every day, twice a day.

Social media is working hard to sell you unregulated supplements, red light masks, collagen powders, and guasha tools. It throws different skincare brands at you, and is constantly telling you to buy the next best thing. I know this because you guys are coming into my treatment room asking about it. Don't ever stop doing that, because I love educating you, but switching things up and adding unnecessary extras will not improve your skin.

While there are benefits to these things, they will never be better than a simple, consistent, daily routine. Without that, all these extras are an absolute waste of your time, and money.

Daily, consistent skincare isn't as fun or exciting as the newest light mask or newest device. A video of someone vacuuming their house while wearing a red light mask is a heck of a lot more entertaining than a video of someone applying sunscreen. But it's just that guys, entertaining.

Stick to the basics and STAY consistent. It'll take a while, but I promise you you'll see the results you want. πŸ’œ

Thanks for an unforgettable 2025 guys. You really showed up. Leaving downtown at the beginning of the year was a risk, but my new home has more than exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to see what the next year brings πŸŽ‰πŸΎβοΈπŸ’œ

All the things that I love ✨️

The home care and professional products I've been loving as my skin continues to age gracefully. and are amazing.

Pilates, for giving me my physical health back, allowing me to continue this work that I love. has been my home away from home this year!

My wonderful family, and the many places we've gone. Its been so fun to watch Henri grow into the super cool young man he is today.

The new clients I've been able to take on this year, and seeing their skincare gains happen before my eyes.

Blowing past my reading goal, and being so in love with the story telling of so many incredible books this year.

Taylor Swift. Because she's my north star.

Football season, and beating Dan in fantasy this year. Sorry, love, you know I'm competitive.

Learning French, in hopes that mom and I will be able to take our trip in 2026!

And above all else, Lupin. My scoops. πŸ’œ

To simply say I'm thankful isn't enough.

2025 was full of change. My business moved off the peninsula after 7 years, and I was so worried I'd lose you.

Boy, was I wrong. Not only did you follow me, but you sent me SO many wonderful new faces.

To my clients that have been with me since day one- I'm absolutely in awe of your loyalty, and commitment to not only my business, but also to yourselves. You keep showing up. You keep elevating your self care. You keep giving me complete trust to care for your skin, year after year.

To the many new faces I've had the absolute pleasure of meeting this year- I'm so happy that my new home allowed me the opportunity to welcome you into my world. I have loved getting to know you, and am really looking forward to growing our relationships.

To the wonderful new colleagues I share a home with inside Azure Salon Studios- I'm so grateful to see your businesses thriving, and am so lucky that there is so much mutual respect and pride within these walls. Your kindness, awareness, and consideration have made me feel so settled and happy at work. I have been searching for a community since I started my business, and have finally found it.

And lastly to my boys- a successful work life wouldn't exist without the support and encouragement I get from you two, my family. Thank you for your endless cheers, and your understanding, especially when the scales tip and that balance shifts, which takes time away from you.

So I'm feeling thankful today for all of you. The people who make my every day work life feel amazing. My happy place is always with you, doing the work I love, in a space that feels like home.

Happy Thanksgiving πŸ’œ

Want to know why I'm always telling you guys to get annual skin checks by your dermatologist? Here it is! I went to my appointment prepared for her to look at a few spots I'd been keeping an eye on. Turns out, there was a tiny little basal cell carcinoma on my chest. And the crazy part is that it wasn't even a spot that was on my radar. I'm so glad I am religious about going, because this tiny little nothing of a spot could have turned into something much more serious. So use that sunscreen! Get those annual checks! Stay healthy πŸ’œ

Some may see a Clear Bag Policy as annoying. I see it as an opportunity to proudly show off my sunscreen. Let's face it, sitting outside for a Buffalo Bills football game puts me in the sun. But that victory made it oh so worth it.

And thanks to my relentless reapplying, there was no way damaging UV rays would touchdown on this face. β€οΈπŸ’™πŸˆ
