I've been working on a project for over a year that is finally coming to fruition. I'm sure you have noticed that Vfaith Yoga has been expanding into different wellness categories. After a ton of preparation, I'm excited to announce that Vfaith Yoga is transitioning into a wellness brand that I have named We Wellness!!!
We Wellness will empower and guide you in experiencing life as your best self.
In addition to our foundation of yoga, I will be working with several wellness partners across the industry. You will see partnerships with other wellness professionals in the form of wellness workshops, alliances with companies that sell wellness brands and collaborations with travel companies that focus on wellness travel. I'm incredibly excited about this journey and can't wait to tell you more!!! Thank you to all that have supported me so far!!!

This week I am starting a new rotation at the Cornwell Center!!! On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s we will do a morning flow at 7:00 a.m.!!!! That’s right, if you need to get moving after your holiday weekend, come see me in the morning!!! Also, on Tuesday’s will be my 5:30 p.m. mens class and the 7:00 p.m. yoga flow with concentration on back pain. These classes will not be live-streamed. This brings me to my next big announcement!! Starting next Sunday, I will be hosting a livestream class weekly at 7:30 a.m. I am also currently accepting new private clients as well!!! There are so many ways to get moving today!!! The story:
On out very fist picture, I stepped in a hill of fire ants hidden beneath the mulch🔥I was barefoot of course because we were shooting yoga photos. I felt something like water on my right foot, when I looked down, my foot was covered. As I fought them off, one of them bit me on the hand as well. As we continued the shoot my right foot became more and more red and swollen. Needless to say, It was hard to concentrate on anything. I think my poor photographer was mortified by the whole situation but she did an awesome job anyway. 🙌. I swear I need my own reality show😂😂😂.
