❌bow legs
After:
✅Improved TVA recruitment
✅traps are on deck
✅no lumbar compression
✅no more pain
✅10lbs of BF loss and muscle gain
✅No more Scapular winging
✅ improved bow legs.
Testimony Below 👇👇"When I started working with .coetzee I could not physically move and was suffering from severe depression and anxiety. My Dr’s were telling me that I had tried everything conventional medicine had to offer for migraines, neck pain, nerve damage, neuropathy and mental illnesses. I found out during my assessment that being hyper flaccid and unable to do anything for over five years had led to all my old skating injuries returning plus scoliosis and compression in my spine.
After 2-1/2 Years working with Willie I can run, throw a ball, kick box and move in ways I never thought I would be able to again. My range of motion is better then ever and most pains are gone. I have also been able to drastically decrease the amount of medications I take on a daily basis.
I can honestly say the day I walked in to see .coetzee at .kelowna for my assessment was the first day of the rest of my life!

Here’s a preview to a video that FP Human Biomechanics Specialist AND Physiotherapist @lou.ellery made to address those who say biomechanics either don’t matter for pain or that it barely matters.

After engaging with several people from the physical therapy community who use the BPSM on DMs recently, when I have actually had technical discussions, what they are doing in application is something I was doing well over 12 years ago with my clients. So plainly speaking, I have no disagreements with the idea that the mind can make associations that cause people pain.

My point of disagreement is in relation to how much mechanics matter in relation to pain, and that if you get deep enough into the mechanisms that move the body at a fundamental level, you barely have to address the mental. In fact, the mental comes without even having to bring it up too much.

At FP we solve problems for people by primarily focusing on the biomechanics. There is this concern regarding survivorship bias in FP because people think we are cherry picking results and putting them online. The truth is, we get results the vast majority of the time with people (atleast 90 percent) when they stick to the protocols for a few months. The results we show are simply the ones that standout that the average Joe would be able to see a change in. There is no survivorship bias, because what we use works for most people if they actually follow the protocols.

If something doesn’t work, we adjust and refine the practice until we address the mechanical imbalances well enough to have the person overcome the problem. We do this with regularity, and also cover the biopsychosocial model arguably better than those fighting for it right now, because our results actually manifest physically with who we train.

To close this out… The studies put forth about biomechanics and pain being irrelevant are irrelevant because the exercises done account for maybe 1/500th (if we are being kind) of what we account for in FP. I think these studies are shortsighted and have many confounding variables that will be proven wrong in the next 20 years.

There will be more info on Lou’s vid soon. 07/01/2022

Another great course in the books. Thankful for the opportunity to attend these and excited for the progress to come over the next few months applying the frame established here. Repost from

We’re not here to take part, we’re here to take over. Just imparted some mechanical knowledge on these Human Biomechanics Specialists LVL 3 that will enhance humans in ways no one has ever seen. Cats out of the bag folks. Our hustle economy competitors can try tricking the public for only so long until the public wises up to what’s happening.

If you’re incompetent in this field, better step up your game. Don’t complain about how you’re not relevant and how we should be nice because you’re complacent. Get it together. We live in a meritocracy, meaning you fall back on ur merits. I’m not a nepotist and I think nepotism is only corrosive.

We don’t need cultural or countercultural celebrity bumps. All we need is precision. We got that in spades. When people see and feel the changes, they stick around for a reason.

To everyone in my tribe, lead the charge. If there was ever a time where leadership was needed, now was it. Don’t give people an excuse to deny you. Do work!

Astonishing results here from

Victor found himself in a downward spiral...

When he came to he couldn’t stand up for more than 10 minutes without pain.

It’s been a year and a half since he started trainning.
He is now pain free.

It’s always fun When clients get their in the mail. I’m very impressed with the movement here for the second time ever using a paraball, and picking up these moves over a virtual session!

The Dysfunctions of Stretching 09/24/2021

Do you chronically feel the need to stretch? check out this article on why that may be detrimental to your long term health:

The Dysfunctions of Stretching Everybody draws the assumption that flexibility is a good thing when it comes to alleviating muscle tightness and joint discomfort. The basic idea behind stretching within the fitness industry is ‘the more flexible you are the better.’ But is that really the case?
