My alopecia started back in high school and got worse over the years. I plan on sharing this journey with whoever wants to listen.
3 Month PRP followup!

Did a crochet style last night... tried a different braid pattern so I can make a top bun with a part. I can slightly see where my hair is trying to fill in. I did use braiding hair to help with thin areas. Final picture is the outcome!

Did my final PRP session. Was definitely more painful than the 2nd session. I was advised that I will need more sessions but we all know I don't have another $2500... When I told her I couldn't afford the serum and vitamins, she spoke to someone and they were given to me for free because she believes they will help me through my process. I'm so blessed and grateful for receiving these $200 products from her.
On my way to my 3rd and final PRP Treatment. I pray for strength with this pain I am about to go through.

After feeling lightheaded all day Sunday, I finally went to ER Monday. All tests came back fine and the nurse said it could be Serotonin Syndrome, which means I was going through withdrawal from stopping my antidepressants cold turkey. She also prescribed me meds for dizziness but they never worked. Monday night, I took my antidepressants and woke up feeling better.
The reason I had stopped taking the meds is because my hair had been shedding extremely bad since I've been on them and searching Google, a lot of websites had where others said that the meds is what caused their hairloss.
I'm totally better now. I just have to figure if I'm changing meds, going to let them wing me off, or going to let them lower the dosage.

My struggle a couple of weeks ago, trying to braid my hair up in the back... I finally gave up and had my mommy do it
