To my amazing Flower of Life Holistic Healing community:
You’ve supported my apothecary, trusted my herbal remedies, and followed my journey as an herbalist. Today, I am so excited to finally share a project I’ve been building behind the scenes.
I have officially launched Flower of Life House of Healing Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit! While the apothecary continues to provide your favorite tinctures and topicals, the House of Healing is our new community arm focused on agricultural education, food sovereignty, and mental health.
We have a new permanent home at 513 Lanier Ave in Mount Holly, and we’re kicking things off with our 1st Annual Spring Harvest on May 23rd! 🌻
I’m looking for my professional community to get involved:
🎤 Speakers: Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we are looking for voices to speak on wellness and resilience
Food Vendors: We need 1 Vegan and 1 Regular food vendor!
Vendors: If you’re a fellow maker or BIPOC-owned business, we want you there.

Wellness is a journey, not a single decision.
Every small supportive habit makes a difference over time.
Your body is designed to restore itself.
Herbal support simply helps create the conditions for that restoration.
Herbal wellness works best when it becomes part of daily life rather than an occasional fix.
Consistency is key.
Nature has provided many plants traditionally used to support the body.
Learning about them helps people reconnect with natural wellness.
A strong immune system is built over time.
Consistent nourishment, herbs, and healthy habits support the body’s defenses.
Listening to the body is an important part of wellness.
Pay attention to how foods, herbs, and habits affect how you feel.

Herbal remedies have been used across cultures for generations.
Modern research is beginning to rediscover many traditional practices.
Rest is often the most overlooked part of wellness.
Herbs can support the body, but rest allows the body to restore itself.
Many herbs that support the body are also enjoyable to drink.
Wellness doesn’t have to feel like medicine.
