Happy New Year & Reconnecting!
Happy New Year to you! My intention for 2026 is this year will provide abundant love, peace, and blessings to us all! I realize it has been quite some time since I have written a newsletter and wanted to reconnect and update on current services I now offer at Intuitive Connections Therapy. I've recently had a few individuals reach out to ask if I am still offering my massage therapy and Reiki healing services. The answer is YES!! Here is a brief update...
Post baby, (my baby boy is now a 2.5yr old, very energetic and bright toddler. Yes, they do grow too fast!) my life has gone through many growth spurts over the last few years. In brief, I have been focusing my time primarily on family, growing my Soul Love Intention Candle business, and personal growth on many levels. Reiki healing, Soul Love, and massage therapy continue to be an integral part of my own healing path and I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to offer the same support to others.

2026 Massage & Reiki Services Offered
Integrative Massage Therapy, Reiki Healing, & Energy Healing Sessions:
Each client session will include a client intake, brief personal consultation, and therapeutic treatment customized to meet the client’s specific needs through an integrative approach in the application of massage therapy, Reiki healing, and other energy healing modalities such as reflexology, meditation, breathwork, tuning fork therapy, sound healing, and crystal therapy.
60 minutes – $144
90 minutes - $222
120 minutes - $288
3-Session Package Savings:

Usui/Karuna Reiki Healing Sessions:
Reiki sessions to restore and balance mind, body, Spirit. Reiki is a great way to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and also promotes the body’s natural state of healing.
60 min - $111

Sound Healing and Reiki Healing Sessions:
These sessions will blend a combination of sound and Reiki healing to balance mind, body, Spirit using various musical instruments attuned to harmonize and align the chakras and other subtle energy bodies. The instruments may include singing bowls, koshi chimes, drumming, rattles, and tuning forks. These vibrations and sound waves influence our body’s own frequencies and may produce benefits such as stress reduction, nervous system regulation, physical relaxation, pain relief, and other healing benefits.

Intuitive Soul Love Intention & Reiki Healing Sessions:
As the creator of Soul Love, my mission is to raise collective awareness expressing truth of our Love within by aligning to specific heart-centered intentions. Each intention creates the possibility for transformation, personal growth, spiritual development and healing in our lives. The client will fill out a brief intake and personal questionnaire so that together, we can access what is needed on your Soul journey during our time together. The session will include a combination of meditation, Soul Love intention, and Reiki Healing. We will conclude with an intuitive consultation based on what was guided during our session offering take-home suggestions and recommendations to support you on your path moving forward.

Every Tuesday & Thursday in Plaza Midwood Area of Charlotte, NC
Tuesdays - 11:00am - 4:00pm at a private office in plaza midwood. Address will be provided after booking.

Well I am feeling super joyful and relaxed after being trained how to perform Thai Herbal Compress Massage today!! Herbs have been used for thousands of years medicinally and using these herbal compresses on the body are not exception! Infused with anti-inflammation and analgesic properties and bringing balance to mind, body, and spirit. I can’t wait to start offering these in my sessions #🙏

Let me further introduce myself...
My name is Lindsey, and I was once consumed in a world of fear, anxiety, depression, and in a constant state of chronic fatigue. I was driven in my corporate career and assumed that to achieve what I needed in life I had to work countless hours, self-sacrifice my needs, and to control every aspect of my life day in and day out. Happiness and joy only existed outside of myself and I would find it in material items, substance abuse, or in toxic relationships.
It was in my darkest hour that I sent a cry for help and received the guidance that I needed. After walking away from the corporate world and into a path of the unknown, I took a leap of FAITH and reached out of my egoic illusion of fear into a place of LOVE and HEALING. I realized this would not be an overnight process but it was sheer TRUST in knowing that I had a purpose and there was more to who I was than I could even process or understand. There just had to be more... more to me and more to life! I started receiving energy healing treatments like Reiki combined with bodywork like massage therapy. I learned how to meditate, journaled daily, explored how to increase my life-force (CHI) through practices like yoga and breathwork, and cleared the subconscious mind of destructive thoughts and behavioral patterns. In addition to completing my massage therapy certification, I studied under several spiritual mentors, emerged myself in continuous self-studies and training in energy healing modalities like Reiki and learned how to become a clear channel in balancing the energy centers of the body known as the chakras and meridians.
It was in this time period that I discovered my spiritual gifts as an empath, healer, and channel for the Divine. Within the scope of these gifts, I experienced what makes healing possible. Happiness, joy, and love were no longer something I seeked outside of myself, because it already existed INSIDE of me. It was there all along! I simply had to go back to the Source and learn the tools to activate it.
