Come out to the best boot camp in Charlotte!!! I will be the lead trainer for the Blue Blaze Brewery Bootcamp starting Thursday Sept. 26th at 7pm and it will continue every Thursday afterwards. Come out and get an awesome workout, then stay and mingle with the good people at BBB. Put it on your calendar to be at BBB every Thursday for one of the best camps you will ever attend. Progress not perfection.

Dead bodies left in the wake of the workout. If you're not laid out DEAD and left nothing in the tank after your workout, then why are you even there.
Finally got around to picking up this 455 lbs of the ground. Pay attention to me whispering sweet nothings to the weight cause heavy deadlifts requires more mental prep than anything. Its always a constant argument between us two but in the end she always gives me what I want. 500 lbs I'll be talking to you soon.
