Maybe it’s not about losing people.

You can teach hair all day long… but today we worked on the people behind the chair 🤍
We spent the day with Derek Reynolds diving into the Enneagram and Value Bridges, and WOW. There were tears, belly laughs, uncomfortable conversations, breakthroughs, and so many moments where everything just clicked.
The coolest part? Watching walls come down and understanding go up. When you understand why someone thinks, communicates, or reacts the way they do, it changes everything.
Growing as a stylist is important. Growing as a human? That’s where the magic happens.
Huge shoutout to for challenging us, pouring into our team, and reminding us that healthy culture is built through understanding, not assumptions. We left with fuller hearts, stronger relationships, and a whole lot to think about. 🖤✨
