I meet you virtually first so I can know you, you can know me.

One of the things that I never liked, being a new client is stepping into a salon and not knowing anybody. Not even knowing who the person was that was going to do my hair, like, not knowing what they looked like. And so I never wanted my clients to experience that.

This is why I have the hair expectation. You'll know my face, I'll know yours, and I'll also know what to expect when it comes to your hair.
