Clearer skin starts in the gut ✨
High-fiber foods help support a healthy microbiome, which plays a huge role in inflammation, hormone balance, and even how your skin behaves. When your gut is balanced, your body is better at eliminating excess hormones and toxins both of which can contribute to breakouts.
Fiber also helps stabilize blood sugar levels, which means fewer insulin spikes (a major trigger for oil production and acne).
