1st time doing Tuesday Mad Miles Run Club πββοΈ π πͺ π€ͺ Mad shout out to hubby for encouraging us to start doing it. It was funnnnnn. Truly enjoyed the afterwards dance workout & they played my trailride dances too π€ π π’ & popping the fans!!!

Down 4 more in 2 days ... lets see what next week bring... I tried 2 days on meat, 2 days off meat even thoughi only walked & worked out in the sauna for 2 days . Tweaking to see what works for MY body.

Ok vacation over y'all. I enjoyed my 10 days off, now I got to get these 6 pounds back off. Back to getting fit, 1lb at a time πΆββοΈ πββοΈ πͺ ποΈββοΈ

GO GET IT.... remember eating habit is 90% of weight loss. Working for me, at 54 it's harder to get it off, so I started eating different, walk 2 miles in the morning & 2 miles in the evening, then workout in the sauna for 15 minutes on my back exercises, sitting exercises, and standing exercises. I eat a lot of watermelon, very small meals. So far, 19 lbs down and 4 inches off my waistline in 25 days. I started at 214lbs but took the picture the next day at 213 lbs.

Day 26 of 30 days completed of NO off day from walking, just to jumpstart my walking habits. COME ON MY CHALLENGERS, 4 MORE DAYS TO GO... WE GOT THIS, STAY FOCUSED πͺ π β€οΈ Sauna workout completed ππ° π₯
