My mission is to engage and motivate those with mobility issues, which include seniors, people with balance deficits, injuries, disabilities, plus size community and those who suffer with Lipedema. It will be a fun interactive workout that uplifts while providing a total body workout.

Equipment Needed:
Sturdy Chair (without wheels)
1-3lb Dumbbells (optional) or 2 water bottles or 2 can goods
