Unfortunately last-minute cancellations have really become an issue lately. Please take into consideration that when we are unable to fill a canceled appointment it is a loss in our day. I am going to have to start enforcing my cancellation policy. If there is less than 48 hours notice given for a cancellation there will be a 50% charge and if there is less than 12 hours notice there will be 100% charge. My scheduling system will automatically send an invoice when this occurs. I truly appreciate each and everyone of you and thank you for your continued support.
PS I will also change my reminder text to 48 hours instead of 24 hours
