What’s the difference between dry and dehydrated skin?

DRY skin = a skin type, lacking oil. We can assist dry skin with appropriate home-care and CONSISTENCY. ex; flaky, patchy, irritated.

DEHYDRATED skin = a temporary condition that only happens when your skin is lacking water.
ex; dull skin, tight, fine lines
