I had the opportunity to learn and needled the acupuncture point called BL-1 today in class. This point looks intimidating, but it’s worth it when dealing with eye disorders.

I apologize for the lack of updates on my page lately. My acupuncture studies have required a significant amount of time and effort, encompassing classes, clinical practice, and studying. Throughout this journey, I have developed substantially as a practitioner, refining my diagnostic and palpation skills, as well as mastering various techniques. Although documentation through photography has been limited, I will make an effort to capture more moments moving forward. Below are a few images showcasing my needling techniques.
I apologize for the recent lapse in updates on my business page. Graduate school has been occupying my time, but I will soon share valuable insights on acupuncture points and acupressure techniques to help manage various symptoms. Watch for these upcoming posts.
I am thinking about creating my own unique muscle rub for pain and selling it. What do you think about this idea? If you are interested in this, let me know! I can make it for you using Chinese herbs!
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!
How to help get rid of symptoms of a cold, TCM way:
Get a pear and steam it for 30 minutes. Once it is steamed, cut it up and put honey on it. This is will help moisten your lungs, dry lips and dry nose. Which will help to fight off the cold and soothe your sore throat.
P.S. Make sure to eat the skin 🙂🙃
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!
If you cut yourself and it won’t stop bleeding; cut your hair and burn it. This process is called Tan. Once it is burnt, rub it on the wound. This will create a coagulant that will stop the bleeding.

I hope everyone is doing well! Classes are hard, but I’m making it through them! Just a reminder, with this colder weather coming along, dress appropriate for it. You don’t want to catch a wind cold or a wind heat pathogen! Those are the first signs of a cold starting! A little reminder from traditional Chinese medicine!
I truly miss all my clients! I hope you are all doing well!
