Hey guys ,try this moves everyday morning before you start your day ,always do it followed by a warm up for 10 mit(walking, jogging) 6 to 10 reps each moves depends on your capabilities, this will prevent injuries,losen up your muscles and joints ,gives you more flexibility, try it out, peace β
One of the best obliques and core workouts, try it out guys 8 to 12 reps each side Γ3to 4 sets ,2 to 3 times in a week followed by warmup and mobility routines π
