Inspiration for our detox. I’ve been on a health journey for a while. All these books and authors have contributed to my cumulative knowledge.

We will have our first meeting on January 7. This meeting is meant to get grounded in the program, receive your instructions, and answer any questions.
We will start our detox on January 8.

1. Citrus press (manual or juicer) because we will start our days with warm lemon water
2. Juicer (borrow or buy one new or used)
3. Blender (borrow or buy one new or refurbished)
4. Journal or notebook
5. Glass or window marker

I will also give recommendations for juice delivery or purchase if you don’t want to buy a juicer and/or blender. I will have a small limit to make juices for folks once a week.
