every tuesday — at harold washington library or live on tiktok (purpbeautyskin) — i’m hosting a free skincare class and we are covering the basics.
why your products aren’t working. how to layer and what goes first and why. what serums do and how to pick one based on what you actually want. drugstore products that work. why sunscreen matters and what kind you need.
we’ll be hitting these topics every week in a reoccurring format so if you miss one, you’ll catch it again. this is 101 for now — and once we’ve built the foundation we’re moving into 102. hands on. actual products. mini treatments. that one’s gonna be priced around $40.

i’ve always wanted to lean more into education. so i stopped waiting and created the space myself. 🤍
what was going to be a one-time thing turned into something i want to show up for every week. so starting now — i’ll be teaching skincare every Tuesday at 6:30 PM at Harold Washington Library. as many Tuesdays as i can give you.
we started with layering. next week we’re getting into understanding your skin. and we’re going to keep building from there.

101 is all information — no pressure, just knowledge. but 102 is coming, and that’s where it gets hands on. we’ll work our way into touch, technique, and actually giving yourself a facial. the goal is for you to leave knowing your skin the way i know mine.
