The best option is the combination of dieting and strength training and even a bit of cardio for those who work hard. Strength training allows you to build or retain muscle mass, really giving you that lean toned and athletic look. Having more muscle mass also means having a higher metabolism which makes it a lot easier to STAY LEAN!๐
