This part of the leg rarely sees a good massage. This muscle group causes pain on the top a well as the bottom of the foot as well as the side of the thigh and knees.

Just do it...

To friends and the strangers who I see a friend in now.
To everyone who delt with me the same when I fell down just as they did when I was up.
To all the ppl who understand that being strong and doing it alone is taxing and didn't judge ne during my vulnerable moments.
To all the ppl who helped me without making me feel bad for asking for help me, because it's literally the main thing I've always had an issue doing.
To all the ppl who've been there for me like a village, as I never truly had a tribe.
To anyone who has laughed with me, accepted me, and didn't count me out.
To all who supported my business efforts towards massage therapy.
To anyone who hugged me when I just needed a hug.
My children were all I had until I had ya'll and I wish I could give you all the world. It all means so very much to me. I don't have much but if you need a good massage or someone to talk to or just simply a hug, I got you. Thank you for making the hell that was 2023 bearable.
My 2024 New Year resolution is simply not to be as fu**ed up this year, and I hope that you all will be there. I hope that my hands will be better in a giving position this year. I'm forever grateful🙏🏼
