We understand that it is hard to buy your hairdressing or barbering scissors online, that is why we offer a 7 day exchange or refund policy to help you find the perfect fit.

How it Works
All we ask is that you get in touch with us as soon as you realise within the first 7 days of receiving your scissors that you need to make an exchange or ask for a refund. We count the 7 days from when your parcel is marked as delivered to you via delivery service tracking on their page.
The scissors then need to be posted back to us via a tracked service. In as new condition, with no damage or have been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes in the case with scissors properly secured, with scissor key, cleaning cloth and oil pen inside the case with warranty card and any promotional cards as well.
We will then assess the scissors and if there are no damages or problems either exchange them for the ones you have selected or issue you a refund. It takes approximately 3-5 days for your refund to come through from the transaction from which you paid for the scissors.
Exchanging your scissors
We are more than happy to exchange your scissors and offer our guidance in helping you select another pair of scissors. We will exchange your scissors once we receive the pair that you have sent back to us, via a tracked service and in the as new condition in the original packaging.
