Learn some feel good tips to bring home to your partners, friends, and family from our upcoming workshop! 😃 Eric Scoles and I will be teaching “Shiatsu for Two: Simple Partner Stretches & Shiatsu Techniques” at Pistachio Yoga on Saturday, May 31st from 6pm-9pm.

This workshop is led by Eric Scoles and Abigail Cline, both licensed shiatsu therapists in the Chicagoland area. Attendees are welcome to come as pairs or individually to pair up with others. They will lead the group through some qigong centering exercises, several easy-to-locate acupoints with different benefits, and various stretches and shiatsu techniques to provide at home whether that’s on a yoga mat, bed, or seated position. Once provided with a toolbox of options, there will be time to trade with partners and coached through a simple routine of your own.

I am thrilled to announce that I've officially opened my private practice! I'll be providing shiatsu and coaching services at Centered Studios in Rogers Park Chicago (7009 N Glenwood Ave). I'm currently available on Saturdays from 1pm-6pm, though I can certainly set up another time if that doesn't work for your schedule.

I'm excited for this next step in my journey to provide more thorough holistic healing services for more of the world.

This weekend at Holistic Health Fair in Naperville, I had a lot of fun leading a workshop called “Discovering InYOUition” where I guided an exercise to meet, inquire with, and learn to interpret one’s unique and sacred intuition.

Based on the feedback, I definitely want to start leading this workshop in more places. I’d love any ideas of places, companies, or programs that might benefit from something like this! 🤩

This messenger found its way into my awareness this week. I truly believe I’m an ever growing and expanding being. This is a core belief in my work and I know this is part of authenticity, to recognize I’m learning every day and part of my purpose is to be a walking example of what the divine is asking me to share with others.

Every day is a choice to rise and observe all that I’m experiencing from my own life and being the witness to another’s story.

I feel the stirrings of new energy entering my life and I am grateful to be a channel for the divine to work through me. How can I hold more space and share the light within? To be authentically myself, flaws and all!
