Healthy hair requires internal and external care. Eating the foods that are conducive to hair growth will give your external treatments a boost. Salmon, sweet potatoes, green vegetables, beans, meat, eggs, nuts and seeds, berries, and avocado are some of the foods that are conducive to strong, healthy hair. Avoid processed foods and excessive sugar, which can lead to hair thinning. Create meal ideas that incorporate the aforementioned ingredients. Your hair will be nice and strong and it will not break.

We don't make any wild, crazy claims to grow your hair really long in a short amount of time, we don't claim to be able to cure alopecia. We just claim to reduce excessive shedding and strengthen the hair follicles for healthier hair. When the hair is healthy it will retain length without breaking.

I started Mother Hall's Organics for two reasons. To save black women's scalps, and to build something sustainable. More than anything I wanted to give them a non-greasy alternative to the traditional hair grease that dominates the market. I created the corresponding hair butter to make it a system that works together, but they can also be used separately, and they can be used with other hair products.
