Double swing clean press while in a squat position. Saw this awesome coach doing this — stated i was coming off a quadricep tendon tear . Told me to try a single component first , but i went light double instead. I know my body

Ray’s Fitness: shoulders and trap training

Make sure when you train shoulders to target all three heads. anterior head, medial head and posterior head … anterior head will be the front of the shoulder— the medial head will be on the side of the shoulder and the posterior head will be in the back of the shoulders.—I also did trap work .; upper and mid traps

Targeting all those areas will develop a well rounded physique— That super hero frame .

I don’t claim to know everything. I’m just giving advice on my training journey and i’m sure there is something’s i didn’t cover .

rehabbing my repaired quadricep tendon — ;still not there , but the good thing i’m getting better

For anyone who had a traumatic injury, i feel you… It’s draining on the body and your mentality as well.

You question if you’re ever going to be the same . I came to peace i might not get to 100% . It doesn’t mean i’m going to stop working to get close to 100% — Just have to man up and keep digging! Hope this gets through someone who is going through the same thing 🙏
