Hair Tip: ✨Blow dry✨
When you DON’T blow dry: ❌ Hair is Tangled. ❌There is knots. ❌Hair is wet in spots. ❌Air dry is unacceptable. (Idc what Instagram says about not having to blow dry your hair for braids. Properly prep hair adds on to the style retention.)
When you DO blow dry: ✅ Hair is detangled. ✅Brushed through during blow dry process. ✅There are no knots present and completely dry. ✅In Stretched state.
To correct this client’s blow dry, I used an blow dryer with a comb attachment. The comb attachment allowed me to detangle while I blow dry. I use the blow dryer comb as I would I regular comb/ brush, carefully detangle.
