My name is Lena Callan. I have a wonderful family, my partner of almost 23 years, Paul and our 3 beautiful children, Matteo (14), Tomas(10), and Lucia(6).

I am a nurse by background. After spending over 15 years in direct patient care, I moved into a management position and most recently into a nursing-minded IT role in the surgery administration department. This transition has afforded me more flexibility with my time which I love and has encouraged me to reflect on other changes I can make to meet my own needs as well as those of my family.

Not long ago my friend, Allison hosted an in home event where she mentioned the idea of becoming a consultant.
