I’ve attached pictures below and their names to order equipment for your self that is needed to attend my classes in the future.❤️ All these items can be purchased off Amazon. These are MY preferences, but Amazon does offer other items that will work for YOU. You can also get these items from Walmart and Target. You can get regular drum sticks as well. I recommend the cardio stick. See you in my classes.❤️

Strength LYFE Fitness Heels Dance class is great for building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Heels are optional. During class time instructor will warm up, teach assigned dance, and cool down. There are two assigned choreographed teachings in each month that will be taught on the first and third Wednesday. The first class will focus on teaching the choreography. At the end of class, a video will be shared via email and text to ALL participants to practice and master the dance. The second and fourth Wednesday will focus on executing and performing the learned choreography. All participants are required to wear ALL BLACK attire for performance days.
