Had the honor of adding some freckles for this mama! She did have some previous work shown in the third photo. our goal for this session was to blend what was already there, naturally & from previous work, with new freckles throughout the center of the face & cheeks!
Can’t wait to see these babies healed 🤘🏼

It’s been a while since my last post so I’m here to do a little life catch up!!
I’ve been focusing on living life IRL & navigating its ebbs and flows.
It’s been more time with my daughter, lots of traveling, lots of change, new experiences, new hardships , more tattoos, tons of yummy food, being a mommy, escapes with friends and SO much love.
- Aside from my work at .chicago, i teach Pilates at Tuesday - Saturday. It feels sooo good and inspiring to be teaching again! I started teaching dance around 13, up until around the time I had my daughter & i didn’t realize how much I missed it.
- I’ve been filling my soul with sun & new scenery traveling to Puerto Rico, Sedona, Mexico, Charleston & Turkey!
- I recently began working in a lab at UIC doing psych based research because I *may* be applying to graduate programs for next fall?! Is that insane?! I MISS SCHOOL YALL. I have my bachelors in community psychology & public health, and I’m so passionate about that work.
- For most of my life I was in a full time creative mode & then finishing my bachelors I was so focused on academics & professional life and then I had my daughter and immediately went back into creativity during the pandemic. I’ve come to understand that I require a balance in my life of both creativity & learning/science. sooooo for now finding that balance is the journey I’m on!

I realize how much social media is a part of growing my business/brand and how taking time away can affect that. So I just want to give a HUGE shout out to all my clients who continue to show up & share my name and what I do with other people in their lives.
I have the best clients & support system who continue to show up for Mahalia and myself.

REAL TALK > she is stunning and her natural brows are too. Our goal here was to create a soft powder *inside* of her natural brow shape because she loves them fluffy and ungroomed. By going inside the hairline it will give more of a shadow and leave the hairs still to do their natural thang. For people who have naturally full brows a powder can look the most natural by giving the effect that the hairs there are creatin the density, shape and shadow.
These will fade 30-40% softer & are always darkest the day of.
I didn’t remove any hair to shape her brows. We love an imperfectly perfect brow 🤗
