I had a rough year on a personal level last year and it left me with a lot of questions about career direction and where I want to be in life. I came close to giving it away at a few points, however they say tough times don't last, and that tough people do. I'd like to think I am that little bit tougher for having pushed through to 2024.

After a great deal of thought and questioning I'm happy to announce that I've settled on a choice and I'm going to venture out on my own here in and around Detroit and the midwest (Chicago peeps, this means you, as many of you have already been in contact).

So here is my online schedule for those interested. House calls only for now as I continue to look for a physical hearth. Feel free to share; it would obviously be greatly appreciated as I get up and going..My advice is to get on the books NOW before spots are rare as hen's teeth!

I’ve missed a few posts on this recent home stint, but just wanted to throw this up as my reason why. Not just why I missed posting a game day pic, but why I do anything. This little lady is THE best and I want to show my appreciation for her, her constant efforts and for coming down to visit for thanksgiving when it would have been easier for her to stay up at home in Detroit… plus… she’s low key a badass in the gym and it’s showing 🍑.
