Monica supports individuals navigating depression, complex trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, and OCD. She is especially passionate about working with OCD and is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy.

As a former Division I and professional athlete, Monica also works with current and former athletes, including those exploring identity and transitions after sports — something that strongly aligns with many of the athletes we care for in our clinic. She also brings a unique perspective in supporting individuals living with chronic pain.

We’re grateful to partner with a trusted resource who helps support our patients beyond the physical aspects of care and into whole-person wellness. 💙
