Although the underlying mechanisms behind ear therapy are not yet well understood, it is thought to work by stimulating the release of endorphins and other natural pain-relieving and mood-boosting chemicals in the body.

Overall, ear therapy is considered to be a safe and non-invasive treatment option that can be used on its own or in combination with other conventional or alternative therapies to help promote healing and wellness throughout the body.
