As you can notice in his before his skin was lacking oxygen which gave him that gray looking tone in esty world we call it asphyxiated skin this occurs when there is lack of blood flow and oxygen to the surface in addiction the accumulation of dead skin cell on top of the surface made it impossible for the new skin cells to come up to the surface so it was trapping oxygen flow throughout the tissues . Once we stimulated oxygenation in the skin , exfoliation and hydration you can see in the second picture his skin color changed to a more pinky tone and that signals good blood circulation and oxygen flow , in addition to that you can noticed his forehead wrinkles are drastically diminished by deeply hydrating the skin and his skin complexion looks smoother and softer!
