How will be be responsibly keeping our community safe and also helping you to feel your best?
•Half of the stations have been removed from the space, so there will be ample distance between styling stations. Only 7 of us are allowed to be working on the floor at any given time.

•We ask that you come to your appointment alone, with no children, friends, spouses, or pets to eliminate extra bodies

•We ask that you either wait in your car, or in designated seating in the hallway until we text you to come in, or we come to collect you
•We ask that you wear a mask for the duration of your appointment, as will your stylist. We will have some available for you, as well. Gloves are available for your use, if you wish to wear them.

•There will be touchless hand sanitizer stations in two locations and anti-bacterial soap and disposable towels in the washrooms. Please use them before we begin

•Expect to have a contactless temperature reading taken prior to entry as will we

•Retail product will be behind the desk, and handled only by our employees and sanitized after handling

•Capes will be disposed of or laundered after each client.

•2 air purifiers, and a fan based ventilation system have been installed.

•Stylists stations and tools will be thoroughly sanitized between each client.

•Shampoo bowls have been partitioned and distanced.

We ask that if you’re not feeling well you cancel your appointment- even if it’s last minute. No cancellation fee will be incurred.

This is my fearless leader of Tsubo Salon. Someone I have been able to call a friend since(2008) before I worked for her. She has been a mentor and a supporter of my hairdressing education.
