Never knew what it felt like growing up with a sister… with one brother before me and one brother after me, I think Allah was like “yeahhh, one girl is enough in this house!” 😂💀 But honestly, life still blessed me with 2 beautiful sisters through my brothers… and 1 extra for extra credit 🤍
She’s crazy, annoying, stubborn, needs it her way or the highway 😭 definitely runs on time like me ⏰ and a total jungli billi 🐆 (wild cat energy ALL day 😂). But through every up and down, she stayed by my side, still looked up to me( yeah I’m well aware I’m the shorter one) 😜🤪 still came to me for advice even while I was figuring life out myself.
None of us are perfect… BUT on this day, my seeeester looked absolutely PERFECT 😍✨ I had the honor of doing her hair & make-up and watching her glow from the inside out 🫶🏼 So proud of you always, my jungli billi 🤍💄👑
My 1st ever “transition” attempt was inspired by my mini me 💕✨ She had the rhythm, the lyrics, the motions, the character… ALL of it down perfectly while I was over here trying to keep up 😂❣️ We had so many bloopers because your girl could NOT get it right 🤪😜😝 but honestly that’s what made it even more fun and memorable 🥹🎥💃
So grateful for these moments with my one & only daughter — laughing, learning, creating memories, and making the sweetest chaos together 💕 Love my baby girl to itty bitty pieces 😘🫶🏽

You’ve heard “never judge a book by its cover”! In class we are reading Wonder written by R. J. Palacio — a simple, short, quick read with such a powerful message. Reading this book with my EL students, learning alongside them, and teaching them not to be cruel to others but to spread love instead of hate means so much more than just completing an assignment. It’s about building empathy. It’s about choosing kindness. It’s about helping them understand that everyone is fighting a battle we may know nothing about. As their teacher assistant, moments like this remind me why I love what I do. 💚🤍💚🤍
