My personal one year journey...
Due to stress & a bad dye job my hair was shot! In November 2016 l had no other choice but to cut the dye out of my hair to ensure a healthy regrowth. l cut it down to 1-1 1/2 inches and cutting 1/2 inch as it grows to get all the damage out. During my 1 year journey, the first 7 months l didn’t use any chemicals. l washed my hair with the Thurst Therapy creamy Hair cleanser, did cinnamon scalp scrubs (healthy hair can only be achieved by a healthy scalp!), worked the Edge Regrowth Therapy out, and use the hair & scalp oil daily. l only wore protective styles (wigs, braids & twist). After getting rid of all the damage l did a mild relaxer (yes l am a relaxer girl🙌🏽...the natural movement is not for your girl) but stuck with my care routine. lt’s not my usual length but l’m getting there fast & my hair is still totally healthy (YES! relaxer & healthy are achievable). My new growth game is strong and l will only relax every 6 months. l rarely use heat, if l have to, l use ion heat (less damaging) and a heat protectant (grape seed oil).
l will continue to mark my progress and encourage you beauties to do the same.

My regrowth journey...
After a bad break up with a Paul Mitchell hair dye, I had to cut most the rest of the damage out...just before the holiday season I cut my hair down to 1 inch length...this is me now.
Edges back strong and all.
With regular washing with my conditioning coconut oil hair cleanser, my hair & scalp oil therapy & my edge regrowth therapy...my length is rapidly increasing and my strands are nice strong & healthy.

My mind is always working...while we love shampoo, it is NOT a do all.
Shampoo cleanse the hair as expected, but does not thoroughly cleanse the scalp which is the most important part of maintaining healthy hair.
You ever wash your hair and still see a oily white like substance on the scalp, That's sebum.
Our scalps naturally produce sebum that shampoos do not often remove, unless you're using a clarifying shampoo which has A pro and a host of cons.
