As our towns and cities open up, we still need to keep our immune systems strong and healthy.
Many of us are aware of immune boosters like Vitamin C and Echinacea.
However, we need the amino acid L-Lysine to build the antibodies needed to fight viruses, bacteria and all of those nasty bugs.
I am not recommending a particular brand, but this is the one I use.
