In my 20s, I thought 'strength' was about how much I could do. At 40+, I’ve learned that true strength is how much I can endure while still keeping my heart open.

Chronic illness tries to shrink your world. It tries to tell you that if you aren't 'productive' in the traditional sense, you aren't contributing. But today, I’m reclaiming the narrative. This smile isn't a mask—it’s a victory lap. It’s the result of hard-won boundaries, a deep soul-rest, and the realization that my worth isn’t tied to my energy levels.

I’m still here. I’m still vibrant. And I’m just getting started.
