We demand Chicago:
- MAKE FIRST NATIONS GARDEN A PERMANENT SPACE AND CREATE SIMILAR OPEN GREEN SPACES TO COMBAT CLIMATE CHANGE IN CHICAGO
- ABOLISH COLUMBUS DAY
- DENOUNCE THE DOCTRINE OF DISCOVERY
- REMATRIATE UNCEDED NATIVE LANDS
- HONOR THE TREATIES

We are also amplifying the demands of the Black Abolitionist Network to defund CPD and accordingly demand:
- City Council DEFUND CPD and invest those funds into non-carceral social services and community programs.
- IMMEDIATE CPD CUTS with no new hiring or weapons purchases and that CPD fire cops with multiple misconduct complaints.
- City Council PASS CPAC to ultimately disband CPD, decreasing CPD's budget by an annual percentage until all cops are gone.
- CPD OUT OF CPS.
- CPD OFF OF CTA and other public institutions.
- A STOP TO THE West Garfield Park COP ACADEMY.
- CPD DECOMMISSION the racist and arbitrary GANG DATABASE and eliminate Criminal Enterprise Database (CED).
- The CLOSURE OF HOMAN SQUARE and all other CPD black sites.
- City Council CEASE ALL NEGOTIATIONS with the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
- A STOP TO ALL ASSET FORFEITURE, ending CPD's ability to seize people's property.
