✨ If you’re new here, this is what it’s like to work with me in an intuitively led massage and bodywork session.

Working with me is not a one-size-fits-all massage.

And it’s not about muscling through the body or forcing release.

My approach is different.

From the moment you arrive, I’m listening—not only to what you share,but to what your body is showing me.

Oftentimes where you feel the tension…isn’t where the root of it lives.

The body is intelligent and truly leads the way.I’m here to listen on all levels—so you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally seen, heard, validated, and nurtured.

I pause.I follow.I apply only what’s needed—no more, no less.

Sometimes that’s deeper, focused work.Sometimes it’s subtle.Sometimes it’s a soft pause and hold—allowing the body to shift out of bracing and into a gentle melting… like a quiet sigh.

Each session is guided by what your body is ready for that day—through therapeutic massage, myofascial work, acupressure, and intuitive touch.

This work tends to resonate deeply with those experiencing chronic stress, depletion and burnout leading to widespread pain, where too much force can feel overwhelming to the system.

With an understanding of how easily the body can become overtaxed, this work stays supportive rather than forceful.

Clients often leave feeling deeply calm, supported, and more connected to themselves.

You can show up exactly as you are.
